Hey there, eco-warrior! 🌿 We're thrilled you chose Upcycled Shop for your sustainable goodies. We want you to love your purchase as much as we love the planet. But if things aren't quite right, don't worry - we've got you covered!

CHANGE YOUR MIND?
No biggie! We get it - sometimes things look different in person. You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure it's in its original, condition. We're all about reducing waste, after all!

SOMETHING NOT QUITE RIGHT?
Oops! If your item arrived damaged or isn't what you expected, shoot us an email at hello@upcycledshop.com with some photos and details. We'll work our magic to make things right!

WANT TO SWAP?
Find something you like better? Go ahead and place a new order on our site. Then, just pop your return in the mail within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund faster than you can say "recycled"!

A FEW FRIENDLY REMINDERS
- Sale items and clearance goodies are final sale. (But they're such great deals, why would you want to return them anyway?)
- We can't cover return shipping costs, but think of it as an investment in finding your perfect upcycled treasure!
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We love surprises, but not when it comes to lost packages!
